Thank you all for supporting our Pavement Artist Competition again this year. :)

We have run this competition for 6 years now and we have always had a really difficult time judging – this year was no exception!  We take part in the Young Pavement Artist Competition, which is run by a Muscular Dystrophy charity, in order to raise our drawing skills and raise some money for people less fortunate than we are.

Our winners get submitted to the National Competition and judged against other children from around the country – a real honour!  The National winner gets to have their work exhibited!

For more information regarding Muscular Dystrophy click on the links on this page.

Unfortunately due to the poor weather we had to hold our Pavement Artist Competition indoors this year. :(   However, we didn’t let the weather dampen our spirits and the children were impecibly behaved and motivated – they made us very proud today. :)

The winners of our Pavement Artist Competition 2009 were as follows:

  • Mia B-R in Year 3
  • Pheobe L in Year 4
  • Meg A in Year 5
  • Elliot R in Year 6

Have a look at their entries below and also look at our work in progress:

We have included some photos of other entries in the Upper / Lower school entry pages – are you lucky enough to have yours in our online gallery???

Congratulations to our winners and well done to everyone who took part today – as you can see from the photos above, it was a great day and we look forward to next year. :)
